An active weather pattern is emerging to our north and west. This means thunderstorms are likely to occur anytime today after 9am. It’s hard to predict exactly when or where, but right now it looks like the heaviest storms will pass through the city right around noon. Temps will be seasonably cool but also HUMID so it won’t feel all that cool.
The storms will stick around through the evening and overnight but then they’ll wash out to our south. Northerly flow will make it feel almost like autumn tomorrow. Temps will max out in the upper 70s under gradually clearing skies.
But the cool burst is not planning to overstay its welcome. The heat will again build throughout the week next week culminating in yet more 90s.
Tl;dr - stormy today. High 82F. Humid. COOL tomorrow, high 77F. Heat builds next week.
