Today will be a scorcher! While it won’t quite be record-breaking territory, this late-summer/early-fall heat dome will expand northward today pushing the mercury into the upper 80s. Luckily, dew points should be quite manageable so it should feel pretty spectacular outside for those of you summer-lovers!

Temps will cool off a smidge tomorrow, but Monday and Tuesday look to be just as warm as today. And, next week in general - the first week of October - will feature temps mostly in the 80s during the daytime. I’m not sure when things will cool off for autumn, but I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop. In the meantime - pray for rain!

Tl;dr - hot and dry again today. High of 88F. Cooler tomorrow, hot again Monday. No rain in sight…
