Another round of powerful storms is likely today but this one will be focused on south Chicagloand, possibly with severe storms tracking almost directly over where they tracked yesterday. Wind, heavy rain, even some tornados are possible as a line of storms sweeps through the city between 9am and 1pm. Air will again be muggy with temps once again maxing out around 80F. 

The threat of storms continues tomorrow and Friday. Both will be muggy but could be slightly cooler than today.

Things heat up over the weekend as we get a tiny little break in the action, but generally warm, muggy weather is expected to continue for the indefinite future.
